Many of us are fully aware of the ways that we are constantly being monitored and recorded by our phones, computers, televisions, and other electronic devices.
But what you may not know is how deeply embedded technology is in your everyday life. For example, you may not realize that your mobile phone was designed specifically to track you even when you are not looking at it.
You would be hard pressed to find an old phone or computer without a headset or cable to connect it to a new device. And when you do download an app, they strongly recommend that you use their “protection” device before you allow it full access to your data.
These apps assume that they can access your data without being viewed or approved by the user.
The growth of technology
We humans have gone from being members of a small, relatively limited group that lived and worked with technology in the past to being the dominant species on Earth. We now possess nearly every tool and device known to man, and we use them often.
We have become so used to our new reality that we fail to recognize what has changed. We look at a car or computer or phone and think that they were just another thing they had years ago, when in fact they were a very different thing then.
They were tools that changed your life, put you where you wanted to be economically, socially, and intellectually. They made you powerful enough to do what you wanted with them!

The consequences of not stopping progress
We are currently on the cusp of a technological revolution that will change the world Forever. We have the ability to create at an exponential rate, and can literally change the World in a Jiffy!
Unfortunately, we are also being forced to make changes at an exponential rate as well, and have to be very careful with what we letting loose.
Many of these changes are detrimental to our health and safety, causing us major stress and creating more issues to fix. Some aren’t fit for human consumption and might even be dangerous for us to use!
With all this stuff coming out at once, it is critical that we maintain control over it.
Stop progress? Isn’t that crazy?
We’re at a point in history where powerful, exponential technologies are being developed and introduced at an extremely high rate. We have the power to destroy our planet, kill millions of people, and subjugate billions of people – all through the application of these technologies.
We have access to radio waves, televisions, computers, and mobile devices. As we use new technology devices and applications, they require new technology devices and applications to connect to them.
As soon as one device or application is connected to another, another gap is opened. New enslavement techniques are being developed as fast as they are being used.
This is true on a national level, and even individual level.
Is the Unabomber wrong?
The Unabomber is a controversial figure. He spends much of his time making outlandish claims, and forbids anyone from challenging or debunking them.
His targets include America, the U.S., the military, and intelligence agencies worldwide. His goal is to bring down the American way of life and society as a whole by sending mail bombs strapped with deadly weapons.
His beliefs may be influenced by religion, or he may simply be expressing what he believes to be right. Either way, they are wrong.
The Unabomber was responsible for at least seventeen mail bombings, six of which were against military installations. He was caught after one of his victims—a service member—noticed a rip in the packaging and took action to save her or him from the bomb.
We need to fight back against technology!
Ever since computers were a baby, they’ve been taking over our lives. You can see it happening to your own family members!
Computer technology has become so prevalent that we fail to view it as a tool, but an addiction.
You can see it in the way you check your phone every few minutes, or the computer screen you are browsing on, or the website you are visiting. You are looking at and spending money on stuff because you don
t know how to live life without them.
The effects of technology can be bad for us in more ways than one. We are being programmed by ourselves to have automatic responses to things that happen in our day-to-day life.
What can we do about it?
There are many ways to fight technological slavery, but most of them rely on directly confronting the systems that oppress and exploit workers. For instance, you can vote in political campaigns, you can contact your companies about employee rights, or you can install and use app that prevents your device from being controlled by a company.
However, none of these strategies go far enough into addressing the core issue: ownership. Ownership is the key factor in creating dependency and control over someone. While it may seem like a small thing to address, it is the one thing that cannot be shifted away from.
It is important to get rid of ownership before anything else can be addressed. The truth is that we are all members of different kinds of corporations alikely, but as individuals we need to become independent. We need to learn how to control our own lives.
